Festive Brunch Raw Class/Endocine Disruptors and Higher Sugar than Krispy Kreme?

Hello fellow Health Seekers:

My focus has been on Detox through raw food even though a major component of detoxifying is also dealing with negative emotions (beit anger, unforgiveness, shame, guilt, bitterness etc). Let me ask you? If you have a new body every seven years, new liver, heart, skin etc, why is your illness/cancer still there? Because our unresolved negative emotions/feelings are holding us back. For myself when I was dealing with cancer, forgiveness was a major component in my road to recovery.

I will be addressing the issues of emotional detox in upcoming newsletters/workshops/retreats because it is paramount to your healing; body, soul and spirit.

If you missed the Gluten Summit, I highly recommend you invest in their package of recorded calls.(Summit is still in process) They were simply amazing, so much worthwhile information to share with friends and loved ones and ammunition for yourself to stay in good health. Of all the Summits I have participated online over the years, this was the best for relevant information.

June Classes, Vita Biosa and Car Air Conditioning

Hello fellow Health Seekers:

Well, the big news is GMO in many arenas.

The most noteworthy is the world war as threatened by Putin to Obama to get rid of GMOs. China has stopped importing US GMO wheat. There is GMO wheat in Kraft Mac and Cheese (plus the food dyes)…it keeps on escalating!

The next 5-Day Raw Food Detox is August 18-23. I will be expanding on more detox modalities for even better results. More details will follow shortly.

This weekend, June 8th-9th, is the Fourth Raw Fest in Toronto. I am an exhibitor on Sunday only and will be demonstrating a raw food class at noon. I will have assorted crackers for sale and my famous pizza. (This Thursday on www.liquidlunch.com a group of exhibitors from the Raw Fest including myself will be interviewed, so check it out, noon to 2 PM) Hope to see you on the 9th.

In this issue:

 1) Air conditioning in Hot Cars

 2) Illegal GMO Wheat in Kraft Mac and Cheese

 3) Mobile Phones-The Smoking Gun of the 21st Century

 4) Natures Original Air-Purifiers

 5) Best probiotic-Vita Biosa

 6) Vertical Farming

7) June Raw Food Class Schedule

 1) Air Conditioning in Hot Cars

Now this is very interesting! My car’s manual says to roll down the
windows to let out all the hot air before turning on the A/C. WHY?

No wonder more folks are dying from cancer than ever before. We wonder
where this stuff comes from, but here is an example that explains a lot
of the cancer-causing incidents.

Many people are in their cars the first thing in the morning, and the
last thing at night, 7 days a week.

As I read this, it makes me feel guilty and ill. Please pass this on
to as many people as possible. Guess, its not too late to make some
changes.

Please do NOT turn on A/C as soon as you enter the car.

Open the windows after you enter your car and then after a couple of
minutes, turn ON the AC.

Here’s why: According to research, the car’s dashboard, seats, a/c
ducts, in fact ALL of the plastic objects in your vehicle, emit
Benzene, a Cancer causing toxin. A BIG CARCINOGEN. Take the time to
observe the smell of heated plastic in your car when you open it, and
BEFORE you start it up.

In addition to causing cancer, Benzene poisons your bones, causes
anemia and reduces white blood cells. Prolonged exposure can cause
Leukemia and increases the risk of some cancers. It can also cause
miscarriages in pregnant women.

The “acceptable” Benzene level indoors is: 50mg per sq.ft.

A car parked indoors, with windows closed, will contain 400-800 mg of
Benzene – 8 times the acceptable level.

If parked outdoors in the sun, at a temperature above 60 degrees F, the
Benzene level goes up to 2000-4000 mg, 40 times the acceptable level.

People, who get into the car, keeping the windows closed, will
eventually inhale excessive amounts of the BENZENE toxin.

Benzene is a toxin that affects your kidneys and liver. What’s worse,
it is extremely difficult for your body to expel this toxic stuff.

So friends, please open the windows and doors of your car – give it
some time for the interior to air out -(dispel the deadly stuff) –
before you enter the vehicle.

4) Nature’s natural Air-Purifiers (courtesy www.cancerdefeaetd.com)

Wolverton’s study rated plants on a scale from one to 10, based on criteria such as:

Ability to remove chemical vapors or indoor air toxins

 Ease of growth and maintenance

Rate at which water evaporates from the leaves.

 Resistance to insect infestation

The NASA-funded comparison yielded this list of top 10 plants for removing contaminants like benzene, carbon monoxide and formaldehyde from the air:

  1. Lady palm—grows slowly but is one of the easiest palms to cultivate
  2. Bamboo palm—also called a “reed palm” and prefers indirect light
  3. Rubber plant—also known as “ficus robusta” and grows very well indoors
  4. Dracaena (Janet Craig) —these plants grow best in bright, indirect sunlight shining from east to west
  5. Philodendron—one of the heartiest house plants that needs to be misted regularly and planted in soil that’s kept evenly moist
  6. Dwarf date palm—grows best in sunny locations free from drafts; be aware that it grows needle-like spines near the base of the leaf stem that can poke through skin and clothing
  7. Ficus alii—prefers a humid environment with low to medium light; will lose foliage if placed near heating or air conditioning vents; this is a virtual weed in the tropics but up north it’s a fussy house plant that doesn’t like to be moved
  8. Boston fern—grows feathery ferns that prefer bright indirect sunlight
  9. Peace lily—prefers indirect sunlight and high humidity

Wolverton’s research showed that when these top performers and other plants were placed in sealed chambers with specific chemicals, the plants went to work removing those chemicals from the chambers!

5) Best Probiotic-Vita Biosa (www.vitabiosa.com,www.biosa.com)

Vita Biosa is an extract of certified organically grown herbs, which is obtained by fermentation of lactic acid cultures on sugar molasses. The selection of herbs has a beneficial effect on digestion and supplies the body with important antioxidants, which protect our cells against oxidation processes, and keeps them functionally properly. Vita Biosa affects directly the intestinal mucosa and is effective against Chrome’s, food intolerances, blockages, Candida, detoxification.

Other Uses and Applications:

Bath, footbath, compress, pricks, minor injuries and scrapes.

This product was one of the daily protocols in my recent 5-Day Detox.

I have taken this product (I also give it to my dogs) for more than 6 months and I love it. I highly recommend you invest in a bottle and experience the results for yourself. I do sell this product, so please email me. It will be up on the web site shortly.

 6) Vertical Farming-The farming of the future! (TOWER GARDEN)

 Tower Garden Utube-http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CU1-DFYrhMw

No time to plant a garden or living in an apartment. The answer is a Tower Garden. They have 60 of these towers at O’Hares airport supplying all the veggies for the restaurants. You can grow any vegetable except the root vegetables which includes, spring greens, kale, Swiss chard, herbs, cherry and regular tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, and eggplant to name some. No bugs, no weeding and minimal space. (the width of a barrel) Bring in the tower in the fall and you can have fresh veggies all year round. I have mine started, will have a garden in 4 weeks. Does Your Stress Cause Cancer?

Hello Fellow Health Seekers:

And the good news is…below is what you will experience as part of the 5 Day Raw Food Detox Retreat.

Be prepared to learn a great deal about your body composition!

Alex Gellman, PhD., Homeopath and Iridologist, will evaluate your body composition at the beginning of the Raw Food Healing retreat, using Bioimpedance analysis (BIA). BIA has become a widely accepted method for determining body composition in healthy populations, due to its simplicity, speed and noninvasive nature. This instrument will measure total healthy water, water outside the cells (lymphedema) that leads to feeling puffy (and is very common in women from the waist to the knees), and total muscle and total body fat.

Your BIA information will be graphed to follow your progress from the beginning to the end of the retreat. In the case of lack of progress Alexandra will offer insights as to why the expected results did not materialize.

You may initially not like what your BIA reveals, but you do have the power to change. It is important to remember that food is only one of the five contributors that determine your body composition. The other four are:

1.    how you handle emotions

2.    hormonal levels in the body

3.    hereditary predispositions

4.    whether the liver is overburdened in its job of detoxifying – The liver can be hampered by alcohol and drug consumption and the liver also works to clear toxins absorbed from many household cleaners and feminine grooming products such as nail polish, hair colour, cleansers and make up. Let us clean up our liver this spring – emotionally and physically !

Since Passover and Easter has everyone focusing on their relevant religious gatherings, I have extended the deadline for the $300 discount to

Thursday, April 4, 2013 at midnight.

May I suggest that you consider this Detox Retreat t as an investment in your health.

Once more, here is the information:

5) Does Stress Cause Cancer? Courtesy Cancer is Curable Now

Our body is very vulnerable to chronic stress. Having the ability to learn how to bring your emotions back into balance helps you to because we get used to it. We quite often feel normal even in worst conditions. We do not notice how much this stress affects our health, even as it takes a heavy toll.

STRESS is PROVEN to CAUSE CANCER

Studies lead by Dwayne Jackson of at the Departments of Medical Biophysics and Biomedical Engineering  in 2011 have identified a particular neurotransmitter released in response to stress, that stimulates both cancer cell growth and migration in breast cancer, and other studies confirm this.
Neuropeptide Y stimulates proliferation and migration in the 4T1 breast cancer cell line. International Journal of Cancer, 2011; DOI:  10.1002/ijc.26350
Stress fuels breast cancer metastasis to bone. ScienceDaily. Vanderbilt University Medical Center (2012, July 17).  Retrieved March 14, 2013, from http://www.sciencedaily.com /releases/2012/07/1207171833 44.htm

Many research studies prove that stress is directly linked to cancer. Dr. Hammer from the German New Medicine has shown with thousands of cases that all cancers have a stress related cause or at least a contributing factor.  How about you? Are you aware how stressed you are? Are you still in denial?

In todays video I would like to show you some typical STRESSORS . Count on your fingers how many you have. If you run out of fingers then it’s time for a massive change.

Does your STRESS cause your CANCER

The April schedule for Raw Food classes has been posted and it is full of exciting all NEW recipes. There is an early bird special for all the classes listed, so don’t miss out on the savings!

The war on the detriments of cell phones and EMF’s continues falling on deaf ears to the powers that control this industry, Please educate yourself and use appropriate protection for yourself and your family, especially your children.

Diabesity is an epidemic and is affecting millions of millions of people across this continent. Did you know that 50% of retired North Americans have diabetes and many are not even aware? My soon to be released book address that very issue. “Blasting Diabesity: How to Transition to a Raw Food Lifestyle and Get Your Life Back!” Stay tuned for the release date.

I do not recommend a 100% Raw Food Lifestyle unless you have a serious or life threatening health concern. It could then, indeed, save your life. (Once more depends on your genetic make-up, testing I savailable) I do encourage individuals to increase more organic, raw food into one’s daily routine. If you eat 51% raw, you prevent leucocytosis, which is an increase in white blood cells (because they think there is a foreign invader present). My new classes have some amazing entrees, dehydrated items and sumptuous desserts. Check out the flyer below.

I am looking for speaking opportunities whether Keynote or at your favourite Health Care Professionals office, please pass on my name. Many thanks.

In This Issue:

1) How much salt do you consume on a daily basis?

2) What health concerns plague Baby Boomers?

3) Cellphones

4) Organic Apples are being Sprayed with Antibiotics

5) New DVD on Cancer

6) April Raw Food Class Schedule

1) How Much Salt Do You Consume Daily?

According to a recent segment on Marketplace, only 6% of the salt consume is added at the table, the rest is hidden in the foods we eat. Check out how much daily salt you consume by going to:

2) What Health Concerns Plague Baby Boomers?

Hidden epidemic picking off
Baby Boomers in their prime

Leg cramps that wake you up out of a sound sleep.

Fingers so cold you’re embarrassed to shake hands at church.

Unsightly circles under your eyes–no matter how much sleep you get.

Bruises that appear after the slightest bump…and take WEEKS to go away.

These aren’t just minor annoyances. They’re the first signs of the hidden epidemic picking off Baby Boomers like flies. So deadly, it claims another new victim every 30 seconds. And yet–most M.D.s are completely overlooking it.

Which is why it’s absolutely critical for you to watch this special presentation right now. It will tell you everything you need to know about this sweeping threat. Including the solution so stunningly simple, it puts modern medicine to shame. Please, don’t miss it.

1) Ontario in 2013
2) Bill C 38
3) Eliminating Fluoride From our Water
4) 15 companies who serve wood in their food
5) Sharing a personal story

1) (Sorry for my American friends, but our policies are very similar, each is just as corrupt)
We don’t know what our OHIP will do for us now and in the near future!!
I guess that Dalton figure she’ll never vie to 75…
Dalton McGivney is slimy! Remember this when you vote! How is he able to play God?
In a conversation about the “future,” Dr. Suzanne Allen, head of emergency services at the Wilson Medical Center in Toronto,

Was asked if she has seen any affects of the upgraded health Care in her work.

“Oh, yes. We are seeing cutbacks throughout the services we provide. For example, we are now having to deal with patients who

would normally receive dialysis can no longer be accepted. In the past, there was always automatic approval under OHIP for anyone

who needed dialysis –not anymore.” So, what will be their outcome? “They will die soon without dialysis,” she stated.

What about other services? She indicated as of 2013, no one over 75 would be given major medical procedures unless approved by locally

administered Ethics Panels. These Panels will determine whether a patient receives medical treatment or not. While details on

specific operating procedures and schedules, Dr. Allen points out that most life-threatening emergencies do not occur during normal

hospital business hours, and if there are emergencies that depend to be resolve within minutes or just few hours, the likely hood of

getting these Panels approval in time to save a life are going to be very challenging and difficult, if not impossible she said.

This applies to major operations such as receiving stints, bypass surgery, kidney operations, or treating for an aneurysm that would

be normally covered under OHIP today. In other words, if you needed a life-saving operation, OHIP will not provide coverage anymore

after 2013 if you are 75 or over.

When in 2013? “We haven’t been given a specific date –could be in January or July…. but it’s after the American election.” This is

shocking to any of us who will be 75 this year. Her advice–gets healthy and stays healthy.

We do not know the specifics of the actual implementation of the full Steven Harper Care policies and procedures–“they haven’t

filtered down to the local level yet. But we are already seeing severe cuts in what we provide to the elderly —

we refused dialysis to an individual who was 78 just the other day…. we refused to give stints to a gentleman who was in his late 80s.

” Every day, she said, we are seeing these cutbacks aimed at reducing care across the board for anyone who is over 75.

We can only hope that some day McGivney’s new OHIP will be overturned by the Supreme Court –otherwise, this is a death sentence

to those who are over 75…perhaps you should pass this on to your friends who are thinking of voting for McGivney next time around.
Regardless if you have private health care coverage now (a Medical supplement) — it will no longer apply after 2013 if the Ethics Panels
disapprove of a procedure that may save your life.

Scary, scary, scary. Think about this. You? Your parents? Your loved ones? Didn’t know about it? Of course, not. As Dalton MaGuinty

said….”well, if you want to know what’s in the bill, you’ll have to read it…” after it was passed.

This is a graphic reminder of the need to stay healthy. Get your plot now at your earliest convenience…while they last. Is this a
death sentence to those of us who will reach 75?… Yes!
Please do pass this along to those in your address book. Dr. Suzanne C. Allen, MD is a real person.
If society deems you a burden due to age or infirmity, you should be willing to die to benefit society.

2) Bill C 38- Wake Up Canada

Actually this is the introduction of the European Codex standard. – WOW
People need to wake up as to what is really going on.
Notes from Shawn Buckley NHPPA

Bill C-38 amends section 4(2) of the Food and Drugs Act so that foods with pest control
Products are no longer to be considered poisonous or adulterated if they have pest control
Products in amounts that do not exceed the limit specified under section 9 or 10 of the
Pest Control Products Act.

Under the old section 4(2) food was not considered adulterated if the pest control products
were under the limits in the Pest Control Products Act, but they could still be considered
Poisonous or harmful. If amended a person selling a food that is poisonous or harmful due
to a pest control product could not be prosecuted providing the limits are below those set
out in section 9 or 10 of the Pest Control Act.
It is not clear how this change protects the consumer.

In another section:

What is new is that under Bill C-38 technically foods could be allowed to have chemicals,
drugs or additives whose safety levels have not been set out in regulations. In effect new
chemicals, drugs or additives could be allowed for exempted foods without having been
assessed broadly and included in our regulations.

If Consumers Want to Avoid Foods Granted Marketing
Authorizations, They Will Have Trouble Identifying the Foods!

Not passing judgment on the safety of issuing marketing authorizations permitting levels
of chemicals, drugs and additives that are above those allowed in other foods, some
consumers may want to avoid foods granted marketing authorizations.
info@nhppa.org | www.nhppa.org | www.charterofhealthfreedom.org | 1.519.648.2050
Other consumers might want to read the marketing authorizations so that they can make an
informed decision prior to consuming such foods. Under the current law all such
authorizations must be published in the Canada Gazette. They will be relatively easy to
find. They are completely public and transparent.
If Bill C-38 is passed, the requirement that marketing authorizations be published in
the Canada Gazette is removed. We do not know how consumers will be able to easily
access this information.

and there’s more- please see www.nhppa.org –

3) Eliminating Flouride From our Water

Major Progress at Eliminating Fluoride in Water Supplies by Fluoride Action Network

Whether you live in the country or urban environment, all of our waters are polluted, in the city with chlorine and fluoride, and both in city and country with heavy metals as arsenic, mercury, lead and cadmium (well water is notorious for cadmium which has been linked to breast cancer). My water filtration of choice is Kangen water system approved by and used in 80% of school sand hospitals in Japan (who happens to be the healthiest nation on the planet for many years running) If you would like more info or a sample of water, please email me.

4) 15 Companies who serve you wood in their food

The recent class-action lawsuit brought against Taco Bell raised questions about the quality of food many Americans eat each day.
Chief among those concerns is the use of cellulose (wood pulp), an extender whose use in a roster of food products, from crackers and ice creams to puddings and baked goods, is now being exposed. What you’re actually paying for – and consuming – may be surprising.
Cellulose is virgin wood pulp that has been processed and manufactured to different lengths for functionality, though use of it and its variant forms (cellulose gum, powdered cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, etc.) is deemed safe for human consumption, according to the FDA, which regulates most food industry products. The government agency sets no limit on the amount of cellulose that can be used in food products meant for human consumption.
[Note: Humans are unable to digest cellulose since we lack the appropriate enzymes to break it down. This is a food adulterant and another example of the wholly corrupt nature of the federal agency responsible for food safety but continues to prove itself more concerned with corporate profit. ~Ed]
The USDA, which regulates meats, has set a limit of 3.5% on the use of cellulose, since fiber in meat products cannot be recognized nutritionally.
“As commodity prices continue to rally and the cost of imported materials impacts earnings, we expect to see increasing use of surrogate products within food items. Cellulose is certainly in higher demand and we expect this to continue,” Michael A. Yoshikami, chief investment strategist at YCMNet Advisors, told TheStreet.
Manufacturers use cellulose in food as an extender, providing structure and reducing breakage, said Dan Inman, director of research and development at J. Rettenmaier USA, a company that supplies “organic” cellulose fibers for use in a variety of processed foods and meats meant for human and pet consumption, as well as for plastics, cleaning detergents, welding electrodes, pet litter, automotive brake pads, glue and reinforcing compounds, construction materials, roof coating, asphalt and even emulsion paints, among many other products.
Cellulose adds fiber to the food, which is good for people who do not get the recommended daily intake of fiber in their diets, Inman said lied. It also extends the shelf life of processed foods. Plus, cellulose’s water-absorbing properties can mimic fat, he said, allowing consumers to reduce their fat intake.
Perhaps most important to food processors is that cellulose is cheaper, he added, because “the fiber and water combination is less expensive than most other ingredients in the [food] product.”
Indeed, food producers save as much as 30% in ingredient costs by opting for cellulose as a filler or binder in processed foods, according to a source close to the processed food industry who spoke with TheStreet on the condition of anonymity.
Inman said that in his 30 years in the food science business, he’s seen “an amazing leap in terms of the applications of cellulose fiber and what you can do with it.” He said powdered cellulose has a bad reputation but that more of his customers are converting from things like oat or sugar cane fibers to cellulose because it is “snow white in color, bland and easy to work with.”
Most surprising, said Inman, is that he’s been able to remove as much as 50% of the fat from some cookies, biscuits, cakes and brownies by replacing it with powdered cellulose – but still end up with a very similar product in terms of taste and appearance.
“We’re only limited by our own imagination,” Inman told TheStreet. “I would never have dreamed I could successfully put 18% fiber in a loaf of bread two years ago.”
He said cellulose is common in processed foods, often labeled as reduced-fat or high-fiber – products like breads, pancakes, crackers, pizza crusts, muffins, scrambled eggs, mashed potato mixes, and even cheesecake. Inman himself keeps a box of Wheat Thins Fiber Selects crackers, manufactured by Kraft Foods Nabisco brand, at his desk, and snacks on them daily, clearly unmoved by the use of wood pulp in its ingredients.
“Most consumers would be shocked to find these types of filler products are used as substitutes for items that they believe are more pure,” Yoshikami said. “We would expect increased disclosure to follow increased use of cellulose and other filler products as the practice increases in frequency.”
To that end, TheStreet rounded up a list of popular foods that use cellulose. It’s by no means an exhaustive list, and we suggest consumers read food labels carefully.

5) Sharing a Personal Story

Sharing the mushy stuff for the end. But my point, please take note.
I am priveledged to be providing meals for a well respected Canadian fgure who is having challenges with cancer. He just came home from a 3-week stay at Hippocrates Wellness Centre. This facility is the best place to be if you are open to Alternative therapies that may be in conjunct with main stream Pharma and be proactive. The key here is be PROACTIVE. The food cannot make you better, the elimination of toxic household chemicals cannot make you better. What is you frame of mind, are they going to make you better or are you taking action, questioning, wanting answers BE PRO ACTIVE. Question every remedy, every meal..is it adding to my quality of life or taking away. I know for me…I bless the food I provide and I give with love. Never, ever, sit back and have the solution fall into your lap, because it will not

In our everyday life, are we proactive in relationships, career, dealing with family issues or do we sit back and wait for someone else to take reign.

Blessings and have an awesome summer! I thank you for your support and warm letters and suggestions.

Life is a journey,,, mine is RAW! Unadulterated, fresh, new, our creator provided !
