A Toxin that is Permeating our Health

Hello Fellow Health Seekers:

Most individuals have heard of Monsanto’s Rond-up and the legal battles going on in California trying to ban it’s use.

Many people that I have met, have never heard of glyphosates, the active ingredient in Round-up which is the deadliest permeable toxin to invade our society today followed by WiFI, though not necessarily in that order.

Glyphosate, a toxic pesticide, (patented as anti-fungal and anti-bacterial) is an active ingredient found in Monsanto’s Roundup.

It is used by farmers across North America and across the world (banned in Europe) and it has been declared a “possible carcinogen” by the World Health Organization (WHO) in January 2016.

Glyphosates supresses the immune system, impairs digestion, compromises digestion, a major cause of fatigue, impairs the absorption of vitamins and minerals and is responsible for many unexplained disorders.
80-90% of your serotonin is produced in your gut lining and low levels are responsible for low energy, depression and anxiety.
Because of decreased mineral absorption, serotonin is not able to produce melatonin.
Lack of melatonin results in lack of sleep, brain-fog and FATIGUE!

Eat organic, especially the foods that are heavily sprayed with glyphosates which include: wheat, barley, rye, oats, grains, alfalfa, beans, legumes, lentils, canola, cotton, flax, sunflower seeds, sugar beets, tomatoes, yams, papaya, potatoes, yellow squash, zucchini
Follow the guidelines as outlined on www.ewg.org site for Healthy Fifteen and the Dirty Dozen.
Processed foods that contain glyphosates include: Cheerios, Cornflakes, Wheaties, Raisin Bran, Special K, Triscuits, Oreos, Doritos, Frito’s and Lay’s brands to name a few.

How Strong Is Your Health Foundation?

Hello Fellow Health Seekers:

When you build a house, you lay a foundation upon which the frame of the house sits to hold up and hold  together the structure of the house.

When you plant a seedling or tree, you secure the roots deep into the soil for stability so the roots may expand, grow deeper and withstand wind or microbes that would prevent it in  yielding its fruit.

If you have a strong health foundation, you have the strength (immune system), emotional balance and secure environment to fight and overcome any health challenge that may come your way. How solid is your health foundation? Is it the same old, same old  as it has been for years or are you proactive in improving and maintaining  good health?

Just as successful people set financial, career or personal goals, what are your health goals? What are you doing daily to add to your health capital?

You most valuable asset is your health? Your daily or  weekly goals or lack of will have  a long term effect down the road: be it arthritis, depression, diabetes, cancer, leaky gut, thyroid issues etc.
